- Support requests — the tickets your apps send us, which include the message itself, the app and platform it came from, and the name and email address the sender provided.
- Knowledge-base content — the guides and answers you write for your apps to display.
- Project settings — project names, logos, and the app keys used to route tickets to the right inbox.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as log entries generated while operating the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To deliver support requests to the right project inbox and let you respond to them.

3. Information About Your Customers
Tickets are submitted by the people using your apps and contain personal information they chose to share — typically a name, an email address, and the description of their problem. We process that information on your behalf, solely to deliver and display it to you. We do not use it to contact them ourselves, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
4. Data Storage
Projects, uploaded media, and knowledge-base guides are stored in secure cloud storage; support tickets are stored by the help-desk service that receives them. We take reasonable measures to protect this data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
5. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.
6. Data Retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Archiving a ticket removes it from your inbox; deleting a project also removes its media and settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
